Inside, you'll find two comfy bedrooms with a beachy feel. There's a private kitchen with all the tools you need and a dining area to enjoy your meals. Step onto the private balcony for fresh air and be greeted by the gentle breeze and panoramic views of the lagoon. The balcony provides a calm space to enjoy your morning coffee, unwind in the evening, or simply soak in the breathtaking scenery. The condo complex has a shared heated pool outside, perfect for a dip anytime, whether it's sunny or a bit chilly. It also features a shared BBQ space which makes it perfect to share with friends and family, adding an extra layer of enjoyment to your stay. It is decked out with charming decorations and modern stuff for your comfort, like speedy internet and entertainment options. This cozy unit is not just a stay; it's a place near the beach, offering comfort and coastal vibes for an unforgettable Gulf Shores experience. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties.” • Please note we don't provide beach towels • For March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in will be 25 years of age. • 📣 Compass Point is excited to announce the reopening of its indoor pool on February 1! House rules • For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking. • Pets are not allowed. • NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens. • Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine. The condominium association has a STRICT "No Pets" policy. This applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law. • Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots. • Traveler must be at least 25 years of age or older to make a reservation. • State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking. • No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
