Surf Side Shores #1502 is a totally custom remodeled/decorated interior gulf-front 2 bedroom 2 bath condominium located on the 5th floor in building I overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The unit is approximately 820 sq ft with views of the gulf from the living room and gulf-side master bedroom. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with a washer and dryer. There are 2 full baths with custom showers . The gulf-side master bathroom is accessed via the bedroom and hallway. The street-side bedroom has an attached bathroom with a stand-up shower. King, King, Sofa sleeper. Sleeps 6\. Must be 21 to rent. Surf Side Shores I and II are 9-story buildings with 6 units per floor located 1 mile West of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. Surf Side Shores has two beachside pools, one of which is an extended season pool and a small kiddie pool. The property also has a grilling area that services buildings I and II. 2 car limit. Stays longer than 30 days must purchase parking pass(s) for every month. STAY AND PLAY This rental comes with our 'Stay and Play Package', which includes complimentary tickets to the best area activities including; golfing, deep sea fishing, dolphin/nature cruise, amusement park, zoo and movie rentals. Each rental comes with our "Stay and Play package." Some restrictions apply. \*The 'Stay and Play Package' begins on the scheduled date of arrival and is not available on day of departure. The pool was great for our five-year-old, and everything was close to shops and restaurants. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, and having a washer and dryer was super convenient. King beds and big TVs made relaxing easy, and everything was clean with clear instructions.
