    The bathrooms have been remodeled - 2025

    Sea Oats offers access to the lagoon and DEEDED beach access across the street! Sea Oats H102 is very spacious and can accommodate up to 8 guests. Great for families!

    The living room has a SMART TV that is the perfect spot to gather and enjoy your favorite TV show after a fun-filled day at the beach. View NETFLIX, Amazon Prime, HULU, etc on your own account on this TV.

    Take in the partial view of beach & sparkling gulf water views from your private balcony. Enjoy the salt breeze from the porch swing and watch the sunsets over the water! This waterfront complex features 4 pools (2 large main pools, 2 kiddie pools), deeded beach access and private boat launch, this complex has it all! Condo is a large, fully equipped 2Br/2Ba unit that sleeps 8! This first floor condo is located on West Beach, directly across from its own private beach!

    This vacation condo has some recent updates including new kitchen counters & backsplash (Oct 2016)! The private balcony has a partial view of the beach. Fully equipped kitchen has all appliances and an ice maker in the refrigerator. Condo has 3 CableTVs (ALL FLAT SCREEN/TV in Living Room is Smart), VCR & 2 DVDs. Sea Oats H102 also has a full size washer & dryer and a single cup coffee maker.

    Parking is on-site under the building in an assigned spot; $32.00/veh permit

    Complex has dock for fishing and boating and BBQ grilling areas.
