Caribbean unit 304 located at 1057 West Beach Boulevard is the two bedroom, two bathroom tastefully decorated vacation spot you have been looking for! This bright and beach condo has a window in every room, giving you those fabulous beach views. Enjoy fabulous sunsets and the sounds of the crashing waves outside on the wrap around beachfront balcony.

There is a pull out sofa in the living room for extra sleeping space. A large jetted tub and two separate vanities in the master suite add to the indulgent and relaxing atmosphere that this unit provides. With a fully-stocked kitchen boasting a Keurig AND a standard drip coffee maker and full size washer and dryer, you can enjoy all the comforts of home. Your entertainment needs are met with three TVs and WiFi.

The Caribbean complex is in a prime Gulf Shores location, just minutes away from the best dining, shopping and family recreation! With a beach front location there is easy access to daily lounging gulf side, not to mention the indoor AND outdoor pools on the property! Extra amenities include steam room, sauna, exercise room and elevator. Please, no smoking!

This condo was absolutely perfect for our family of four. It was extremely clean it had everything I needed in the kitchen to be able to cook multiple meals. Appliances were new the beds were comfortable. And of course the best part was sitting out on the balcony staring at the ocean! Bender Realty had wonderful communication skills and I would recommend this condo to everyone ( except for the week we decide to rebook LOL)

Beautiful view! Terrible beds!

My sister & I were traveling and we’re older with mobility issues. The condo is great with beautiful views. The beds are horrible. Master bed is so soft you worry about falling off. The send bed is firmer but has a huge dip. You have to fight your way to the middle so you don’t fall off.

Everything you see in the photos are absolutely real. You are tha5 close to the beach and it is beautiful. Very clean and easy to come and go as you please. Also not far from anything you would need.

Good location

Space was clean and the wait for the elevator was not long as expected. Pet friendly was nice as we prefer to travel with our fur baby. Condo could have more supplies for the week but overall it was a good experience.

Great Getaway

The unit is in a great location with easy access to the main road in Gulf Shores, with major stores a short (5 min) drive away. The realty company is also super close to the condo building, which is very convenient. The pool is fantastic to have for bad flag days when you can't really go in at the beach. It's a family-and-pet-friendly area with direct beach access. The unit has quiet time from 10 pm, which is great because we didn't have to worry about loud parties keeping us or the kids awake. Everything was clean upon arrival, and most things were in good working order, with only minor issues (i.e., the toaster not working). Overall, a great stay and we will be back!

Weekend getaway to Gulf shores

We have a family tradition - a get-away weekend before school start. We 'got away' to Gulf shores. The condo was great, my communication with Lizzie was timely, and positive. Oceanfront view was priceless. Since we arrived very late Friday i had requested if the condo was not booked on our checkout day if i can get a late checkout. (it happened it was not booked) i was given option for 2hrs extra free or nominal fee to stay until 4pm.. and yes we stayed to 4pm. I would have given this condo a 5 stars except that the main bedroom mattress was like a trampoline/waterbed .. we had to sleep on the sofa the 2nd night. (need replacement please) I would book this condo again anyday.

Great beach front view

We booked this unit because of its 4 star rating. The beach front view is what must have given it the 4 stars, otherwise it’s a 3 star. The building foyer/elevator areas were dirty and smelly. Thankfully, inside of condo was nice and clean. The kitchen was adequately equipped with everything we needed. The master bath only had two bath towels for three night stay. All the rugs were dirty and need to be cleaned or replaced.
