Beach Front Manor is fully equipped to provide relaxation and the beachside experience you're looking for! Whether you are looking to be a hop-skip-and-a-jump away from the white sand or on the main drag through town, here you have both! Why compromise? Please note that we do not have elevators, pool or hot tubs on site. In the offseason months, we have a strong snowbird community that return back year after year. Our HOA takes great pride in our property and it shows! The area does offer Uber and Lyft. Restaurants, ice cream, small groceries, souvenir shops are all within walking distance. If flying in there are shuttle services available that will deliver you straight to the property. Thank you for your interest in Beach Front Manor! We are beachside. We are located 4 doors away from the steps that take you down to the sand. See the photograph in the pictures for the view from the door. DISCLAIMER: Routine quarterly pest control inspections are conducted on the property in Jan, April, July & October. Compliance is NOT OPTIONAL as it is critical to maintain this routine procedure. The inspections are usually done on the 3rd Thursday of each month, though that is subject to change. Atmosphere: The Beach Front complex is a quiet, family friendly complex. If you are looking for a more lively atmosphere, we are NOT the place for you. We have many owners on site throughout the year and our renters are expected to adhere to the HOA rules. You will be contacted and asked to leave should any rule NOT be adhered to. We take great pride in our property and it shows, we want to keep it that way. Communication was a breeze, and we felt genuinely welcomed from the very start.If you’re looking for a quiet place to stay that's right on the beach, Beachside Manor in Gulf Shores is the place. The communication with the owner was wonderful - she even let us check in early because the previous renter had cancelled. This was such a blessing for us and allowed us an extra day at the beach. This beautiful condo is beachfront, super nice and clean. Communication and check in with the host was streamline. As a mom, every turn I made in this condo I thought …wow that is thoughtful! The decor and furniture is beautiful and purposeful. The kitchen is labeled, neat, organized. The appliances were wonderful. It's literally 10 steps from the beach in this quiet and clean community. The property was comfortable and clean containing all the comforts of home. The owner communicated very well and left us with no questions. Parking was awesome with two spaces located directly underneath the property. The area was convenient with stores and restaurants no more than 10 minutes away in all directions. We were able to check in as soon as we got to town and our host was very attentive and added many thoughtful “extras” in the place to make our stay comfortable . You can see gorgeous views just by stepping out the door and beach is just steps away. Couldn’t be a better place to relax and recharge. It was clean, tidy, attractive, and comfy as can be.
