### Ocean Vista - Large modern home with ocean views

Enjoy the magical Guilderton sunsets from this beautiful three-level home with two front balconies offering some of the best ocean views in town. It is a two-minute walk to the beach. This property has 5 bedrooms so is ideal for two or three families to enjoy with plenty of room for everyone. Wifi is connected.  
  
The 3rd level (top floor) has 4 bedrooms, one bathroom a large lounge with comfortable couches, a large TV with WIFI connectivity and BluRay DVD player, with its own balcony with expansive ocean views - all perfect for a retreat from the crowd.  
The 2nd level (accessible by 2 steps from the driveway / back yard) boasts the main living area with a large leather lounge suite. There is a TV and BluRay DVD player with Netflix (you need your own code). Some DVDs are provided for guests’ use. This is also an ideal spot to keep an eye on children from the kitchen.  
There is a large dining table that seats 12. The kitchen has all the amenities you may need, including a dishwasher and a large fridge. There is a double bedroom on this level, as well as bathroom facilities (a toilet and shower) and a laundry with washing machine and dryer. The front balcony is ideal for outdoor meals when the weather is fine.  
  
The downstairs games room on the 1st level has its own lounge suite, a table-tennis table, and a pool table. In the adjacent room is a second fridge – perfect for keeping drinks cold – and a deep-freeze.  
In the back yard, there is a BBQ and a table and bench seats, ideal for enjoying an afternoon drink and dinner on hot summer evenings. An outdoor hot shower is invaluable for washing off sand and salt after returning from the nearby beach.  
The property also has evaporative air-conditioning for those hot summer days. The carpets and much of the furniture have been recently replaced to provide greater comfort for guests.

Bed 2 – Double – level 3  
Bed 3 – 2 x Singles – level 3  
Bed 4 – 4 x Singles – level 3  
Bed 5 – Double – level 2 (adjacent to the kitchen).  
  
  
Guests to supply sheets & towels. Linen hire is available on request.  
Porta cot & highchair hire available on request. Parental supervision of young children is always recommended.  
  
Minimum length of stay = 2 nights (minimum = 3 nights on long weekends).  
Check in time is 2 pm unless prior arrangement has been made.  
Check out time is 10am. Late checkout can be booked directly through CVHH.  
  
Sorry, strictly no pets allowed.  
No school leavers groups will be accepted. No adult groups under 25yrs of age.  
No tents, caravans or camper trailers are allowed at property.

Start by walking along the Guilderton boardwalk and enjoy our spectacular beaches.  
Take a towel and have a dip in the Moore River or the Indian Ocean.  
Practice kayaking, canoeing, splashing and playing in the water, windsurfing, boating, photography, bird watching, climbing, collecting seashells, building sandcastles, treasure hunts, beach volleyball, or simply comb the beach for free craft supplies.  
Pack a hamper and spend the day or a balmy evening with good company at the gas-fired free barbecues under the trees by the river and enjoy the river mouth view. Mother nature is often in action, and occasionally the mouth of the river sandbar opens to the sea.  
Swing the clubs on one of the most picturesque 9-hole golf courses in WA. For a family fun day out, enjoy a game of mini golf.  
Paddle, kayak or canoe up the Moore River  
Test your sand board skills at the sand hills.  
Enjoy majestic sunsets over the Indian ocean.  
Hang out the rods for some serious beach or reef fishing or catch some Bream in the River.

Two day stay with friends so used all the bedrooms. all comfortable and clean. Well equipped kitchen with knives pots and pans galore and of a high quality Three very big fridges. We cooked every meal. Close to the beach and in a quiet street. Great ocean views form the two balconies and two living spaces.

It was easy to book accommodation online. Coser to the check-in time I got an email then talked to the property manager, she advised me of the process. Was a lovely house and close to the beach. The views were amazing.

We had awesome time with my family Very neat and tidy 3 storied wooden floor house. So much space, lots of entertainment, kids play equipment, kitchen had full kitchen amenities including 5 bed room with 12 beds included 2 full bathroom toilet and washing machine and dishwasher microwave and BBQ machine plus fully air conditioning. All you need your own food linen and Doona covers and towels. Only issue was cook top some gas point needs to be checked and replaced apart from that a nice holiday home Their service and communication simply awesome We are coming back again Thanks Kristin for your service

The property was great for our families needs, beautiful location with great views. We all loved it. The house could do with a good spring clean though and was not up to usual expected cleanliness standards. Tried and tried to communicate with property manager all week but didn't get any reply until a few hours before check in - which was frustrating as no information on property is received after booking. Suggest an information sheet be emailed out once booking is received to avoid this problem. All these things are easy fixes with better management, a shame as the house and its location are perfect for a family holiday.

Super large dining table for us all to fit around and more than enough cutlery/crockery made it perfect. The house is a little dated but comfortable and the location is superb. The pool and ping pong tables entertained the kids, not to mention all the books, dvd's, videos and games. Put all this with the various spots us adults could go to sit and enjoy the views and each others company we were more than happy. The communication with property managers made checking in and out a breeze. Thanks for having us.

#### A great time at a great location

Excellent location and very well laid out and well equipped house for large family group. Family members enjoyed playing table tennis, pool, surfing, swimming and other group activities. Plan to return next year.

Great house - beautiful location. Everything we needed. I suggest the purchase of some new non stick frying pans as others were useless. Bin bags for kitchen need to be provided

#### Beautiful view, perfect location!

We enjoyed our stay here - we could walk to everything, there is a huge library of books to choose from, the downstairs play area was a hit with the kids. Two living areas worked well with our large group of 11.
