Very nice gardens. Hotel is old and bathrooms may need some rehab but everything is clean. Hotel rooms have mahogany furniture and all windows and doors are made of mahogany, even the elevator doors have wide mahogany frame. Guatemala City is very expensive. This place is worth the price.

Very convenient location, close to major shopping and great dining. Really great value for the price! We would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to visit the heart of Guatemala city amd enjoy it’s nightlife. We will definitely be back!!

This hotel was located in the worst part of the Capital, literally. Our tour guide pointed out people walking around with knives, men gathered and drinking beer on the streets, and individuals passed out on drugs. We hid our jewelry and phones and remained inside the vehicle. We left immediately and request a refund. Thank you.

The towels were very old, they looked like cleaning rags, I had to ask the front desk to replace them.
