Villa in Granada with Sea Views & Pool

Do you want to enjoy an amazing holiday in the middle of an authentic Spanish village? This unique villa is in an oasis of tranquillity and offers spectacular panoramas of the area. Ideal for vacations with family or friends. Within walking distance is a playground with a bar and on the 'Plaza,' you can fully enjoy real Spanish life. After a 15 -minute drive, you reach the beautiful, unspoilt beach of Rijana and Castell de Ferro. Beautiful cities such as Granada, Almeria and Malaga are just an hour's drive and for the nature lover, a visit to the mountain villages of the Alpujarras (about 1 hour's drive) is worth it. A visit to the caves of Nerja, the Alhambra and the Wild West Themapark is also recommended. You look out on the one hand at the Mediterranean Sea and the beautifully landscaped garden with a swimming pool (40 m²) on the other side. The villa offers complete privacy and comfort. You can easily park 2 cars inside the dome and 2 cars in front of the entrance gate.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house This holiday home is available for recreational purposes only. Bookings on behalf of companies will be cancelled and possible cancellation costs will be charged

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in casa Osita! Een prachtig gelegen en schoon huis en van alle gemakken voorzien. Zeer fijne ontvangst, mooie omgeving en prachtig uitzicht! Genoten van het zwembad ondanks dat het water al wat kouder is deze tijd van het jaar. Het huis is zeer ruim, mooie tuin met veel privacy. Een huis om nog eens bij terug te komen!!

Amazing property - a little remote location wise, but sheer luxury and John & Evelyn on hand next door to guide and assist with any queries.Approx 1/2 hour drive to nearest location(s), so car definitely needed, but fully recommended and hopefully we'll be back again in the future!

Das Haus liegt sehr gut, ruhig gelegen und ist mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Der freundliche Kontakt mit Evelyn und John waren sehr hilfreich. Das Haus hat ein großes Grundstück und ist gepflegt. Der Ausblick aufs Meer speziell der tägliche Sonnenaufgang waren sensationell. Der Pool ist nicht beheizt, im Oktober hatte er aber zwischen 22 und 24 Grad. Es sind 4 Schlafzimmer mit bequemen Matratzen vorhanden. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Bis auf ein paar normale Abnutzung im Bereich der Küche und an den Türen, war das Haus in einem sehr guten Zustand. Wir können das Haus empfehlen und bedanken uns herzlich.

Meine Freunde und ich verbrachten ein langes Wochenende hier und es war eine tolle Erfahrung. Der Gastgeber kontaktierte uns sehr früh mit klaren Anweisungen und freundlichen Worten. Als wir ankamen, wurden wir von einem netten Paar begrüßt, das uns im Haus half, uns die Schlüssel, Einrichtungen usw. zeigte. Das Haus war super sauber, sehr geräumig und alle Utensilien waren sehr leicht zu finden. Das Haus liegt in einer gemütlichen Kleinstadt, perfekt zum Entspannen und um die Zeit mit Familie oder Freunden zu genießen, ohne zu weit fahren zu müssen. An einem Tag besuchten wir auch die Alhambra und die Entfernung war nicht schlimm. Insgesamt einer der besten Orte, an denen meine Freunde und ich seit langem waren. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Holiday magic

We just spent two weeks in the most wonderful location. The house sits on top of a mountain with stunning views. The house itself is perfect from the number of rooms, the layout the pool, the yard the kitchen- It had all the things you need to relax, eat and take a nice swim in the pool to cool of from the sun. One bonus was the outdoor shower. All the contact with the owner Chris and with John and Evelyn who was helping out at our arrival was quick seamless and very professional with a touch of renting from a friend. We would recommend this house to any couple or family who is looking for a nice relaxing and luxury stay. We will come back for sure. Kjell and Sandra (Sweden)

Mountain Delight

This was one of our most enjoyable VRBO stays. The house was architecturally perfect. The bedrooms were perfectly separated from a snoring perspective I immediately had kitchen envy as it was a great size and kitted out with absolutely everything. The living area was modern and very comfortable. There are 3 dining areas so we could chose according to the weather. The pool was a great size and kept immaculatly clean. The journey to the property was interesting and takes you high up into the hills but after a couple of trips we were up and down like locals. The views are extraordinary over the mountains and sea. Took some fantastic photos. The location was great for trips out to Alhambra in Granada, Nerja caves and Fort Bravo. The main highways are in great condition and certainly better than the UK! All in all an unforgettable holiday for all the right reasons. Thank you to Chris the owner and Evelyn and John who looked after us while we were there. .

Just fabulous!

Just had a wonderful holiday in this stunning property and pool with magnificent views at every turn (especially loved that connecting balcony spot). Tastefully decorated, fully furnished and generously stocked. Much better than in real life than you imagine from the photos! Pretty village location was peaceful. Helps if you are a confident driver, its about 15 minutes winding roads to the nearby town and main roads. Great direct contact with Chris (owner) and Evelyn and John before arrival, who all gave quick and helpful responses. Evelyn and John helped us find the property, were available from landing and waiting for us on arrival. They are next door, on hand for any questions and local information but not in any way intrusive - a perfect balance. Thank you to Chris, Evelyn and John for a wonderful holiday and rental experience with the personal touch and genuine wish for guests to enjoy their stay that makes you feel like home from home. We would not hesitate to recommend this villa and would happily return.

Very luxurious place to stay - gorgeous villa with privat pool in very quiet traditonal Spanish village. John & Evelyn are available next door to help and they are a fantastic ouple too - VERY friendly and very helpful and knowledgable about the area, places to visit, places to eat, etc. You do need to drive everywhere here, which is normally between 20-60 minutes, depending on where you're heading, but overall a fantastic place to stay with everything you'd need for a relaxing holiday.
