Comfortable house, all the basic kitchen items needed to cook, spacious/open floor plan. It's in a large private gated community (3,000 homes) which does charge guests an additional fee and takes 15 minutes to drive through their gate to get to the house. The yard isn't really fenced - there's a short 2.5' retaining wall, but most any dog can easily jump over it (ours did!), so keep that in mind. ##### Matt L. Nice grocery store just 10 minutes to the house.Troy was a great cimmunicator and was very responsive to questions.
