Location was in a good spot very easy to get to the main parts of Berlin. Nothing to nice about it but the hotel is cheap which is a plus"

I booked a location, near a part of the Berlin Wall ( where the famous paintings are) and then they made my reservation in placed that was nowhere near!!! I was in a location that had nothing close at all. Besides that changing me to a location I never requested, I asked for instructions, they said “ you are in a premium location, just 10-12 minutes walk from the train and metro station”. "Die Unterkunft war wirklich zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Es gab Haken zum weg hängen. Der Jacken in den Kleiderschränken waren genügend Kleiderbügel da. Das Bett war ein bisschen niedrig. Aber ansonsten sehr sauber und alles wirklich durchdacht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Personal ist außerordentlich aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Die Lage war für unsere Zwecke optimal Bushaltestelle schräg gegenüber und man konnte dann gleich am Leben teilnehmen. Auch das Frühstück Personal war sehr nett und...

"I must say, one man that worked at the bar and restaraunt was very kind. Informative. The rest of the staff was young adults. Not very good at what they were doing. Management is awful. There is no one there at any time of day, if one needs anything. It was a struggle (and a day wait) to get another pillow and towel. The pillows are empty pillow cases.
