Fantastic hotel, and spa in the middle of Grindelwald. The view was amazing. The location was perfect. The breakfast was fantastic. With made Order omelettes. The heated pool overlooking the mountains was a lovely way to end the day.

We had a wonderful stay and were very impressed with the overall service. Everything was excellent, but the shuttle service was definitely one of our favorite parts of the stay—it was so convenient and made getting around much easier. The view from our room was absolutely incredible, and we loved waking up to it every day. The room was also very clean and well maintained. We used the pool as well. It was small, but the view was beautiful and made it very enjoyable. The breakfast was also good with a nice variety of options. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel!

Fabulous hotel right in the centre of Grindelwald. Bus stop right outside and a short walk to both the train station and cable car for Grindelwald First. Hotel spa was wonderful after a long day of walking and the restaurant food was excellent. We had a garden room with Eiger view, highly recommend for the space and views. Incredibly helpful staff on hand to offer activity suggestions and can even book tickets for you. Overall a wonderful five night stay.

Our room was the double suite with the best views I have ever seen of the mountains . The rooms were beautifully designed and very clean . We got upgraded and the staff was delightful. I would stay here again and again. The location was spot on too in the middle of the Main Street.

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist. We truly enjoyed our stay, especially the complimentary breakfast, which was a wonderful addition to the experience. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. I was so pleasantly surprised by this hotel! The room was squeaky clean and very modern with spectacular views of the mountains. Breakfast had a nice variety of fresh food and the infinity pool and saunas were a great way to end the day. The location of the hotel is great- a very short walk to the train station and the gondola.

Located in the heart of Grindelwald this hotel was fabulous. We decided to book a room with a view of the Eiger and it didn’t disappoint especially sitting on the balcony sipping our coffee admiring the view. Our room was spotless and the bed was very comfy. I’d recommend anyone to use their spa especially the infinity pool on the roof overlooking the Eiger.
