Skilful renovation of an authentic Provençal Mas of 500 m², where dry stone walls and aluminium bays, polished concrete and wood blend together.... Nothing is missing from the decor to spend beautiful holidays in the sun: swimming pool, pétanque pitch, football pitch... This Mas for rent faces the Château de Grignan, on the outskirts of the village, bordered by truffle fields. Peaceful, a few steps from the village by a pedestrian path and all amenities. You will stay in the luxury and comfort of a mas renovated in a contemporary way. A family house with a living area of 500 m² spread over 3 levels. On the garden level, the living areas are presented in an open plan: You enter the dining room with a beautiful table that can accommodate 15 guests. In its extension, the kitchen is a delight, well-equipped it will make cooks happy. A small step separates the dining area from the living room. And in a row, the TV lounge and library.
