This place is in an excellent location only half a block off Broadway. However, that means there is no parking included so it cost us $120 extra for three nights of parking a block away. It also means you will be awake until three in the morning on Saturday nights because the bedroom windows face the street, which is directly across from several bars. There is a Taco Bell right under the windows that stays open ultra late, so you hear people talking at all hours of the night. The entire street is under construction also. So we ended up being kept awake almost all night by the bar noise and then we were woken up bright and early in the morning by the constriction. Not cool.
If you don't mind the noise, this place is pretty perfect. It's clean and well stocked and the beds are comfortable. Just don't expect to get much sleep in them.

Second time in Nashville and the Bobby was a great place to stay this time. Around the corner from Broadway Ave., across the street are food options and a block away is a bourbon distillery. Hotel was eclectic with references to all the music in the area, rooms are larger than average (ours had a huge balcony where 20 people could fit), and the rooftop bar has an old school bus that you can relax in with a drink. Only downside is it's only valet parking but to be expected in a downtown area hotel. Would recommend and already have.
