Fully Fenced Yard! Unwind by the fireplace in this spacious, beautifully updated home, just 15 minutes away from Lambeau Field. The fully fenced backyard is perfect for pets and outdoor fun. Located in a convenient location, you’ll love the newly updated kitchen, cozy bedrooms, and bathrooms. Entertain with ease in the fully stocked kitchen or unwind with a drink from the coffee and tea bar. Whether you’re here to explore or relax, this home has it all! This home is one side of a side-by-side duplex. Master Bedroom (1): Second Level. Queen memory foam mattress; walk-in closet for storage. Attached to full bathroom. Bedroom 2: Queen memory foam mattress; closet for storage. Bedroom 3: Queen memory foam mattress; closet for storage. All Smart TVs in the living area and bedrooms are set up in guest mode so you can login to your preferred streaming services. Full bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Makeup towelettes are available along with a hair dryer. Bring out your inner chef in the fully stocked kitchen! The dining area has seating for 6 people. A starter supply of paper towels, dishwasher pods, dish soap and toilet paper are provided! Enjoy your morning beverage of choice at the coffee and tea bar! A 12 cup coffee maker and Keurig are available. We provide a starter set of ground coffee, k-cups, tea, creamer, sugar and stevia! Laundry is available on the main level. For your convenience, both laundry detergent and wool dryer balls are stocked! An iron and ironing board are also available. $250 pet fee includes up to 2 dogs. Additional or unauthorized pets will result in an additional $250 per animal. Pet owners must clean up the property after taking their pet outside. A $25 fee will be applied to reservations that require additional cleaning outside after pets. Guests will have access to the entire home, garage and exterior space. Guests do not have access to any locked closets. We are available for guests if needed via Airbnb messaging, and a phone number is provided after booking for emergencies! Guests will be provided a unique entry keycode for keyless check-in and check-out at their convenience. The grill is located in the backyard and grill utensils are located in the kitchen. An extra propane tank is located in the garage. Please let us know if you empty one of the tanks so we can replace the backup after checkout. Please clean the grill after use. A $25 fee will be applied if the cleaning team needs to clean the grill, as this is not part of their routine house cleaning. If a guest is under the age of 25, or if most of their group is under the age of 25, they may be required to submit photo IDs of everyone in the group and pay a security deposit for the booking to be approved. No exterior cameras can view any interior spaces. No interior cameras. We couldn't find the towels for the bathrooms - they ended up being in the laundry room. It was nice being able to put our car in the garage. We choose this property in part because of the large fenced in yard. We were visiting our son's family who have a very small yard and wanted to have our two-year-old grandson come over to play outside. Unfortunately, the fenced in yard INCLUDED the duplex next door who had at least one large dog!!
