"Very responsive owners, helpful when I had a couple of questions, clean apartment with everything you need. Nice downtown Appleton area with plenty of places to eat good food, explore some breweries if that’s your thing, and get some great desserts! Some noise at night from cars driving downtown, but nothing too crazy! Would definitely stay again if I was in the area! "

"Apartments were clean with easy access. Centrally located entertainment room was enjoyed by my granddaughter with claw machines, games, and TV. It is a newer property and still needs a few touches, like wall decor to soften the echoes. A bench outside the individual rentsls would be nice for seating, but there's a great area out back with chairs and heating if needed. "
