Nice, clean, spacious room with great views from our room. Parking was hit-and-miss as the lot is shared with beachgoers and there is no designated hotel parking—ran into issues a few times in just a five-day stay. Also, no facial tissue provided and unless there were limiting factors, could have some of the room’s square footage to make the bathroom larger; bathroom flooded every time we took a shower since there was no real barricade to keep the water in the shower stall. Great place to stay otherwise!!!

Great beachside location. Rough surf so swimming tricky, but diligent life guard on duty. Extensive breakfast buffet. Good lunch and dinner options (paid). Lots of beach loungers in various types so something gor everyone. Clean. Staff kind. Go to Muerlo for dinner if you get a chance, 5 min walk away.

Hotel interiors are beautiful. Staff was accommodating and friendly. Generous breakfast buffet with fresh eggs, fruits, breads and pastries served daily. Lots of lounge chair choices on the beach!

Incredibly friendly staff with superb rooms right on the beach! The food was excellent too both for dinner and buffet breakfast. Can't say enough good things about this place. We had an early flight in the morning and they prepared a "to-go" breakfast for us to take to airport -- doesn't get better than that!

Great Service, Great Food, Beautiful hotel on the beach. Your money goes a long way. I believe there model is luxury made affordable! I read on their panflit . I recommend this to everyone you will not be disappointed. The people there are all very nice friendly and efficient. Looking forward to going back

The Location was perfect to the beach, beach bar was very fancy and I loved it! and all the staff were very nice! I think it’s a renovated hotel? There wasn’t a fan inside the bathroom so you only can open the small window the way is okay but there were too many bugs so I felt a little uncomfortable! I think it would be perfect if there’s a fan in the bathroom. But thank you for your service!

Great place to stay
Located directly on the beach. The room and the breakfast were amazing. Connection to the city center with local bus that stops nearby or with a taxi. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend it.

Nice Hotel Close to the beach but not Adult only
It was a lovely hotel but disappointed it was not Adult only as advertised there were children staying at the hotel and sunbeds were not only free to guest but everyone so from 3pm onward heaps of local families with children would turn up making it very noisy and unbearable with children running around shouting etc. as they do. So do not expect a quite adult only time

So good, we came back!!
We enjoyed our stay so much we decided to come back! Definitely not a 1 star hotel, I would give it a 3-4 star rating! They gave us a welcome drink and the breakfast was fantastic! The staff was super nice! The rooms were superb! I highly recommend this hotel!

Room was sea facing and the View was nice. The Hotel room was Clean. The Location is good, the beach is very Clean and shallow you can swim many kilometers along The coast. Hotel also Had beach towels which cost 2,50 For The whole stay. We we're there at end of March, we could use the beach umbrella and chairs For free. The breakfast Had good selection, but the food was cold on First and the second day. We also Had a lunch at the Hotel Restaurant, First day it was very busy and For 20 minutes No one came to Take the Order, so we Just left. Second day was also very busy and For a greek salad and Gyros Plate we had to wait For an hour. The food was also Not the best. On one evening we wanted to shower, but No hot water was available. We called the reception and informed about it, they Said hot water will be available soon, but it was Not available even later. On the Last night there was a Strange Sound( Like some electricity sparks ) which disturbed my sleep.

Schönes Hotel mit guter Strandlage. Gutes Frühstück und Restaurant. Leider ist in ca 500m Entfernung eine Industrieanlage. Zeitweise riecht es nach Teer/Schweröl.

Beautiful stay
Just stunningly beautiful week in this hotel! Super friendly staff, good service in everything, clean, own jacuzzi, lots of different beach beds always available, amazing breakfast. Everything was 10/10. Luxurious experience with reasonable price. Wow.

Hier wären wir gerne länger geblieben!
Super lieber Service, gutes Essen, tolle Ausstattung und große Bemühungen die Corona Richtlinien umzusetzen. Das Hotel ist direkt am Strand und stellt kostenlos super schöne Sonnenliegen zur Verfügung. Es ist ein bisschen windig am Strand, es gibt aber Windschutz! Optimal für Windsurfer :)

Hôtel de grande qualité et qui mérite grandement ces 4 étoiles. Loin devant les hôtels se situant dans les alentours. Restaurant où toute la cuisine est faite maison, et particulièrement bonne. Des transats bord de mer gratuits en échange d’une consommation, avec un personnel à l’écoute et toujours souriant. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et vous pouvez choisir et demander ce que vous souhaitez. Des prix très interessant au niveau des repas, et beaucoup de choix. Proche des commerces, accessible par la plage, service de taxi, de bus et wifi gratuit partout dans l’hôtel et sur la plage. Le personnel à l’accueil se plie en 4 pour répondre à vos demandes sans jamais réclamer d’argent. Seul point négatif pour ma part, la douche qui était légèrement usée, cela dit c’est vraiment chipoter car tout était parfait.

Alles war sehr sauber , die Lage war optimal , es war nicht so laut. Strand war sauber , die liegen sauber , alles war neu renoviert . Leider konnten wir kein Late Check out machen.

Sehr schönes Hotel, sehr gute Zimmer. Wir sind im obersten Stock mit Blick aufs Meer. An den Wochenenden treffen sich hier viele Einheimische, die den Hotelbesitzer zu kennen scheinen. Diese verhalten sich gegenüber den Gästen nicht wirklich freundlich. Es wirkt, als ob man als Gast nur gedultet ist. Das nehmen wir sehr negativ wahr und essen lieber auswärts. Das ist sehr schade für dieses ansonsten super Hotel.

Fantastisches Hotel unmittelbar am Strand gelegen. Suite mit Meerblick hält, was es verspricht. Sehr sauberes Zimmer, moderne Ausstattung, toller Ausblick direkt vom Bett auf das Meer. Die Liegen am Strand sind komfortabel und sehen schön aus. Köstliches Essen und leckerer Wein. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und umsorgt einen. Wir können das Hotel definitiv weiterempfehlen!

Hôtel sur la plage Ammoudara
Séjour du 2 au 12 juillet 2018. Hôtel de très bonne facture, très calme et refait à neuf avec un ascenseur pour trois étages . Les chambres ont toutes des douches à l'italienne et un frigo. Le restaurant de l'hôtel se trouve sur la plage et offre une variété de plats Crétois divins et faits maison. Les amuse-gueules et les desserts dont le fameux Knafé sont servis gratuitement. Le repas fini vous pouvez vous détendre sur les transats mis à votre disposition par l'hôtel. La gentillesse du personnel de service du restaurant apporte beaucoup à la qualité d'accueil excellente que nous avons appréciée. Seul bémol une musique de grande surface omniprésente sous les paillottes de la plage. Sinon, le rêve.

המלון נהדר, אבל לצערי קיבלתי חדר קטן מהרגיל, אני שהיתי במלון זה לפני 9 חודשים והסוויטה ג'וניור היה בנוי מחדר וחצי, היה הפרדה, וגם בתמונות באתר שלכם סוויטה ג'וניור בנויה מחדר וחצי, לצערי קיבלנו חדר רגיל שהכניסו לתוכו ספה נוספת וטענו שזה סוויטה ג'וניור., היחס מפקידת הקבלה, היה מחפיר ולא מנומס, ביקשתי לדבר עם מנהל, והיא אמרה דברו איתי ואני יעביר לו את הדברים, אחר כך אמרה, אין מנהל, אם אתה לא רוצה, אתה יכול לעזוב את המלון, בקיצור, שיח לא מנומס. אני נאלצתי לקחת חדר נוסף במלון סמוך, ואפילו לא שיתפתי אותה בזה כי הרמת תקשורת מולה הייתה ירודה ביותר. ..ברצוני לציין שהוחלפה בעלות על המלון, בשהייה הקודמת שלי היחס בקבלה היה נהדר, הסוויטה ג'וניור הייתה מרווחת והספיקה ל 3 אנשים. ולכן הזמנתי שוב לשם.

Excellent séjour !
Après une longue et fastidieuse recherche, je suis tombé sur ce magnifique hotel sur la plage. Les photos et description correspondent en tout point. Le personnel est accueillant, souriant et patient même quand on a du mal avec l'anglais. La chambre est moderne et toujours très propre (comme le reste de l'hotel). Sur la plage, assez calme, vous pouvez profiter des transats mis à disposition gratuitement et commander à boire/manger. Coté restaurant, j'aurais aimé un peu plus de choix mais quel que soit le plait choisi, vous êtes sûr de vous régaler à un prix plus que raisonnable ! Le vrai coup de coup du séjour : le petit dej inclus sur la plage ! Je ne peux que recommander !

Tolle Lage am Strand.
Die Angestellten sind extrem zuvorkommend. Vor allem Am Empfang war immer sehr hilfsbereit. Habe ich selten so erlebt. Die Lage am schönen Strand ist top und zu den Restaurants ist es auch nicht weit. In der Nähe des Hotels hat es eine Bushaltestelle um nach Heraklion zu kommen. Fährt regelmässig und dauert 30 min. Das Badezimmer ist zwar sehr schön, jedoch viel zu klein. Ausserdem ist der Kühlschrank im Zimmer sehr laut, was nervig war. Das hauseigene Restaurant könnte besser sein.
