Convenient to light rail station which we ended up using since we were running late for our flight and the trains run every 15min." Was surprised by the $65/night charge to park as most places include that with your purchase being as much as I paid for the room. Additionally, I went to go enjoy the pool which they advertised openly in their photos. Upon my arrival I found the pool under construction. Upon further review of the tiny print, they mention it’s closed but it should be advertised to be under construction better and not hidden. Additionally, I went to cut my trip short due to all this and then they informed me I couldnt get a refund on the nights I wasn’t going to stay. And they had a high deposit of $250 as well. I won’t stay here again and don’t recommend it as they’ve done nothing to compensate this experience except take my money and turn away.
