Rooms are spacious, equipment is new and nice. I had issue with heating but It was resolved another day with refueling the tank. NEW TV could not connect the network be able to hear some music on youtube. No channel was working. I don´t know why. The place smelled like if it was closed for 10 years and we were the first guest there. The bathrooms were filled with mold, spiderwebs and just not good. The whole environment of the place seem like it wasn’t prepared for our arrival. We requested a refund because for my mom that suffers from allergies this was a complete nightmare to stay in and had to find another place. We were told a refund would not be given to us and we lost our money. Location is about 10 minutes walk from central train station and about 10-15 walk to center of Graz. The parking was in a garage in another street. So when loading/unloading the car need find a parking near the apartment. One evening we came back back the parking spot was taken by stranger and we needed to park in a public space. There are few super markets not far a way. We stayed in July and it was hot and no air condition. The apartment in general was not well ventilated. especially the kitchen and the shower. The apartment and kitchen is well equipped. Other apartments we stayed were way much more clean then this one. We never met the host but the checkin / checkout instruction were clear.
