Offering our unique and newly renovated country house nestled within a secluded and picturesque valley in the heart of rural Leicestershire. Located on 200 acres of land in Croxton Park Estate, guests have access to beautiful lakes and stunning countryside walks; The perfect rural retreat for both families and groups of friends. Croxton Park House accommodates 12 people in 5 luxury bedrooms.
Additional services include hot tub, private chef, cocktail classes, murder mystery and more.

A unique cottage spread over three floors, Croxton Park House guarantees every room to be beautifully finished with impressive décor and a tasteful mix of modern and antique furniture to make it a truly lovely getaway. This plush, grand yet comfortable country house offers guests a unique and memorable stay.

Downstairs, there is a spacious kitchen, which has a double range cooker, large fridge and freezer with an ice dispenser and fully equipped to accommodate all your cooking needs. Ideally located adjacent to the kitchen, an inviting breakfast room offering stunning views of the nearby lakes and the rolling pastures of the Leicestershire countryside. For those seeking a grander setting, Croxton Park House boasts a large dining room with an opulent air, heightened by beautifully exposed wooden beams. With a centerpiece round wooden table, our dining room allows all guests to come together and enjoy a delicious meal.

With even more to explore upstairs, the first floor has a large and comfortable sitting room adorned with a myriad of plush sofas and snug armchairs with an open fire and cosy decor, offering stunning panoramic views of the beautiful Leicestershire countryside. Spread over the 1st and 2nd floor, guests are offered the choice of five unique yet equally luxurious bedrooms filled with character. One the first floor are two spacious bedrooms bedrooms, including a four-poster double bed hung with heavy velvet curtains and a gracefully shaped King bed decorated with an intricate headboard. Our second floor is a perfect layout for families and children, with an intricately decorated family bedroom offering twin beds and a luxurious double bed and another two bedrooms, one with a King bed which can only be accessed through the second Twin bedroom. All our bedrooms are equipped to the highest standard to ensure a comfortable night's sleep. Croxton Park House has three spacious and modern bathrooms, two with free-standing roll-top baths and attached standing showers and one en-suite shower in the 'family' room'. The property also has a separate lavatory located on the ground floor.

Behind Croxton Park House is a large and private walled garden for guests to enjoy. The property boasts two large patio spaces at the front and back of the house, both placed with a range of outdoor furniture, including large outdoor tables, wooden chairs and sun loungers. This allows guests to enjoy al-fresco dining, relax and enjoy the stunning views of Croxton Park Estate.

Situated at the end of a private lane nestled within 200 acres of private estate, our country house is surrounded by a multitude of beautiful lakes, woodlands and Leicestershire’s rolling pastures and open fields, an ideal rural escape for walkers, wildlife lovers and sport fans. To be organised separately, we can also offer guests the opportunity to enjoy a lazy day fishing in the lakes on Belvoir Castle’s renowned estate or alternatively, experience numerous rounds of clay shooting on Belvoir Estate.

Hot Tubs are also available to hire through a local partner at an additional cost. Murder Mystery and Dinner packages are also available on request.

Croxton Park Luxury Lodge is close to the market towns of Grantham and Melton Mowbray which have train stations and plenty of taxis to provide alternative transport.

Alongside the opportunity to experience fishing and clay shooting, close by is Belvoir Castle, home to the Duke and Duchess of Rutland. A historic gem in the heart of Leicestershire, Belvoir Castle offers visitors a chance to experience its stunning interiors and spectacular manicured gardens. Please book tickets for open access to Belvoir Castle and grounds on our website. Around the corner is the new Engine Yard, offering boutique shopping experiences and fresh, local food produce.

The nearest towns include Grantham, Melton Mowbray and Stamford, all within easy reach and well worth a visit. The ancient market town of Grantham lies in the heart of Lincolnshire, between the historic Lincoln and antique town of Stamford. The town is best known as the birthplace of former Prime Minister, Margaret Thatcher, and has a fine Gothic Guildhall and pretty riverside walks with adjacent water meadows and associated wildlife. Also nearby is Melton Mowbray, a quintessential English market town and home of pork pies and stilton cheese. Renowned for its fine food and drink offer, explore bustling markets, quirky shops and other local attractions, including Melton Carnegie Museum for those interested in foxhunting, Twinlakes Theme Park for all weather family fun and a unique picture-house Regal Cinema.
