"We arrived around 11:30, and Natanael , the bellboy, was very kind and attentive. Unfortunately, the girl at the lobby was not cordial and did not make us feel welcomed. We were told the room would be ready in about an hour, so we went to the buffet, which was very good and offered a great variety of food. However, when we returned, at 1:15 pm the room was still not ready, and we had to wait until around 2:30 PM while other guests who arrived later received their rooms first. In the end, we had to approach another lady who seemed to be supervising, and she was the one who finally helped us get the room.
The room was spacious and had an amazing ocean view, but it did not have a balcony, and the closet was very dusty, so I had to clean it before using it."
