It boasts an excellent location for guests to experience the slopes of Granby Ranch and a range of outdoor activities throughout the year. The main living area is furnished with a spacious and comfortable sectional sofa, ideal for unwinding by the inviting gas fireplace. Furthermore, there is a flat-screen television for entertainment, picturesque mountain views from the windows, and access to a private patio equipped with two large Adirondack chairs for relaxation while enjoying the mountain and aspen grove scenery, along with an electric grill for outdoor cooking. The primary dining area can accommodate up to four guests and is conveniently located between the main living space and the fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen features new cabinets, countertops, and appliances, making meal preparation effortless during family vacations. An additional convenience is the in-unit washer and dryer, which caters to any laundry requirements. The primary bedroom includes a king-sized bed, a flat-screen television, and an en-suite renovated bathroom that features a new vanity, countertops, and a jetted tub/shower enclosure. The second bedroom is outfitted with a Captain’s bunk, which consists of a queen bed on the bottom and an XL twin bed on top, along with a pull-out XL twin trundle bed—an excellent arrangement for accommodating up to four guests, with access to the main hallway bathroom. The Kicking Horse complex offers guests the use of a common area outdoor hot tub and grill in the summer. For a fee of $20.00 per person/day, guests have access to the Ranch Hall at the base of Granby Ranch Resort, which includes an outdoor heated swimming pool, hot tub, fitness center, ping pong and foosball. It is essential for all guests to arrange their own transportation, ideally utilizing either all-wheel drive or four-wheel drive vehicles. Given the unit’s secluded location, significant snowfall in the region may result in delays in the plowing of the county roads leading to the property. NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to smoke or bring pets on the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined 200 per day if they smoke on the property.
