Front desk staff were friendly, helpful and very accommodating. Our group was on bicycles and they allowed us to store them in an empty room downstairs. Also included a lovely continental breakfast. The hotel was in walking distance to an excellent Indian restaurant and a sports bar so we could watch the Stanley Cup semis! All in all an excellent stay. Thanks!

Le matelas de la chambre 203 était plus bon. Inconfortable et creux, il aurait besoin d’être changé. Le reste était impeccable. Super bon service à la clientèle et très propre!

Very nice staff but rooms and hotel are a little run down. The toilet in the first room we got did not work so we were moved to the room next door after the first night. First room: smelled like cigarettes, uncomfortable beds (old mattresses). Second room: much better! Breakfast was very basic, no eggs and bacon or other fancy stuff but it still did the job for me and my two kids traveling with me.

Actually, this hotel is two star, not three or four star hotel. It's motel, not a hotel. The room with two queen beds were very small and not suitable for families with children. The sink was next to the room door.The breakfast dishes were disposable and of poor quality. I do not recommend this hotel.

we are a hotel all rooms are doors are inside and we have a lobby breakfast is continental style and our some of are rooms are smaller but most rooms are quiet large

Good for price
Nice hotel, good for price. Breakfeast is a little minimal. Got waffles which is plus but no cooked eggs sausages or bacon. The bathroom door in our room was broken when we got there. Did not close or lock. Otherwise rooms are clean and comfy

Very clean and spacious room. The continental breakfast had a nice variety of options including waffles. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I wanted a place to rest for a few days and it was the best. Very quiet and tranquil. Merci beaucoup.

In my opinion, the complimentary breakfast was very poor in terms of options (there were no hot dishes). Also, the breakfast area seemed very small for the number of guests who were there at the same time.

A Good Choice for Folks with Pets

The staff was very pleasant and efficient. The breakfast--continental--was provided in a fairly large room and there was good variety. The staff there were friendly and helpful. Plenty of dining options nearby, of all different styles. Housekeeping staff obviously know their business as the room was very clean. Our only serious complaint was that the mattress sagged and had little padding, leading to a very poor night's sleep. A secondary issue was the lack of good lighting for reading at night. Other than that, a pleasant experience in a pleasant city.
