Groceries, restaurants, and medical services within minutes in Granby. Condo was clean, had comfortable furniture and beds, and had all that was needed for our 3 night stay. Neighbors were nice and quiet. A little warm during the day but cooled down in the evenings with open windows and use of fans. We visited in July and would highly recommended this condo for a family of 4\. It is very convenient to have multiple bathrooms, a nice big kitchen area and a washer/dryer. It is just a couple minutes from the grocery store and the views were fantastic. The host was fantastic in responding to our questions within 5 minutes or less so that was very amazing to have that level of care. It has all the amenities needed to cook up a meal in the kitchen or relax and watch a movie or play some board games. One thing is the pool/hot tub are located about 5 minute drive and not on the property itself, but the pool and hot tub are very big and well worth it. ##### Michael B. Séjour de 2 nuits en février 2024 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Joshua B. 5 févr. 2024 Points forts : Propreté #### Great Weekend Getaway Our family of 4 stayed for the weekend so we could attend the 3 Lakes Ice Fishing Tournament. The location was great since it was right by the grocery store which includes a Starbucks. The condo was quite clean and was decorated nicely. It was nice to have a washer and dryer there just in case we needed it (including detergent and dryer sheets). There was plenty of shampoo/conditioner/lotions/dishwashing detergent, etc. I appreciated there was foil, Saran Wrap, and zip top bags and the kitchen was fully stocked with cooking supplies. We played a few of the board games provided as well. There was ample parking. The view was amazing. Would definitely stay at this condo in the future if we are ever needing to stay in the area. The only suggestion I have would be to provide a binder for the guests with information of how to utilize the pool/hot tub and also where the pool/hot tub are located. ##### Joshua B. It’s proximity to the ski slopes and food shopping are perfect. This rental property was perfect this trip as well. Nice clean property that was easy to rent, find and stay. The condo was spacious, very clean, and well equipped. I might suggest perhaps a tea kettle or electric pot for tea, but besides that, the kitchen had everything we needed! The gas fireplace came in very handy since the nights can get a bit chilly. I loved the view out the bedroom window and the balcony towards the bird sanctuary and hills beyond. I did have trouble adjusting to the altitude so bought a canister of O2 at the BaseCamp ski area a few miles away . Our only hitch was we couldn't find the unit number in the exchanged emails....but Naomi was very helpful and all got sorted out. I recommend this place to all! ##### Deborah D. The owner was very kind with answering all my questions and helping me feel comfortable. Our arrival was smooth, the place is very nice, and we had a great stay! It's so close to Granby, which was great for us beginner skiers and also allowed access to the pool and hot tub onsite at Granby. The hot tub at the condo was very nice too. It's so close to a nice grocery and we even took a little trip down to the small movie theater to catch the one movie. Really close to Winter Park for those who level up their skiing. We all enjoyed this condo very much and would recommend it. It was a good value, appointed well and had great views with a comfortable layout and good location. It is just about a 5-7 minute drive over to the ski mountain, where parking was free and easy. The owner was responsive and it was great that there were beach towels for the hot tub, large shampoos, conditioners and lotions in the bathrooms, soap for the washer, coffee/tea and some basic cooking supplies etc. I packed some those things and didn’t even need to! There were also sleds in the outdoor shed and games to play. As a two bedroom, two bath, the 4 of us had plenty of room! The only downside for me, is that the master bed is very hard. I actually slept in the kids bottom bunk. But you will love it if you like an extra firm mattress! A couple things to note and perhaps update the listing for future guests… The pool access is at the base of the mountain, about 2 miles away from the condo and not “on site.” It is $10/person, per day ages 8 and up. So one of our kids was not included in the “kids are free”. Just something to note if your kids are older. We went once to meet friends and it was great. Also, we really appreciate when there is a booklet upon check-in/checkout available at the unit that includes helpful info like the Wi-Fi access code, the code for the hot tub (the shared onsite one needs an outdoor light for after dark), and how to access the pool and hot tub at the base of the mountain, what the hours are etc. I prefer not to bother the owner to get this info, but she was very helpful. It’s just nice to not have to search, google etc. for simple info which a binder solves easily. Another thing to note, the walkway areas were covered in ice although it appeared someone eventually put salt or sand down to help, and after 24 hours, they were much improved. The outside fire pit area did not look like it was maintained at all and was covered in several feet of snow, but there was firewood we could see as we drove by. No one used it while we were there, it just didn’t seem easily accessible… Just things I would want to know but did not keep us from having a great stay. We also loved that a very nice supermarket was just across the highway and very convenient for doing our own cooking! One last tip since many families enjoy a big spaghetti dinner after skiing, you might want to include a big pot in the kitchen for boiling water. We had a great time, thanks again! ##### Andee L. It was a friend and I and the 2 bed 2 bath was perfect. The kitchen had everything we needed as well as the well stocked bathrooms. I can't think of one thing we needed or would improve upon.
