The rooms are charmingly and thoughtfully decorated, and well supplied for an average traveler’s needs. All rooms have ceiling fans, which would be great in summer. Windows all around bring sunlight throughout the day, and the neighborhood is very calm and quiet and not far from I-40\. This apartment is on the second floor, up a flight of stairs (outdoors) and doesn’t have a washer/dryer. These weren’t a problem for us, but are worth mentioning. Beds were a little firm but comfy overall, and the kitchen had the essentials, including a coffee maker with supplies to get started. The convenience to Graham, Burlington, and Mebane was great. Nice to have convenient parking, attractive decor, comfy huge couch in living room, and very comfortable beds and linens. We stayed here for family weekend at Elon University (18 minute drive). Several delicious, good value restaurants within a short drive. Check in was easy as could be- code on door. Check out responsibilities are minimal and reasonable. Communication with owner was just right- everything we needed and nothing we didn’t. We had no issues, but if we had, I feel the owner would have been very responsive. ##### Jennifer H.
