The staff, breakfast, and location was amazing. A short walk to the strip but far enough away that it is pretty quiet. If we ever come back, we will be staying here.

We had a great stay overall. The room was clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well, which made our stay very pleasant. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and quick to answer any questions we had. The kitchen was convenient and had everything we needed for a short family stay. The property was quiet, well maintained, and in a good location. The only small improvement would be to update a few furnishings, but it did not affect our stay. We would definitely consider staying here again.

This is a great place to stay and very close to the Gatlinburg Parkway (the main street) and the entrance to Anakeesta ~ 7 mins walk. The property seemed very new and clean. The lounge area is quite large and has an awesome view outside of the the city, forests and mountains beyond. The room was modern, clean and had a great view. Bathroom was clean and modern. Overall a great property. The Starbucks within the property is open till around noon. If they can keep it open till the evening that'll be great.

The room was clean. The overall facility was dirty and very poorly maintained, in the seating areas, the cushion ms were filthy, luggage carts everywhere, windows at the lobby were dirty and the carpet where breakfast was offered was gross. Breakfast wasn’t that, but just snacks that I didn't even want to touch after seeing how dirty was the place. Old and clean is perfectly fine, but old and filthy and poorly maintained are s not okay. Not coming back ever. Room was very dark as well.
