Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Zu Fuß 5 Minuten ins Zentrum. Das Meer ist noch sehr sauber. Das Personal im Laguna ist immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist absolut empfehlenswert!

im Badezimmer befindet sich kein einziger Haken, um etwas aufzuhängen- Die Wellnesseinrichtungen sind mangelhaft. Gegenstromanlage funktionierte nicht, die Biosauna hatte zu wenig Feuchtigkeit und war zum Verkühlen. Aber dafür war die finnische Saune auf über 90 Grad C.

1. Aufenthalt Deluxe Zimmer 431 mit Meerblick ist super schön und bietet einen tollen Blick auf die Lagune (nicht auf das Meer) Betten einen Tick zu hart, aber noch bequem. Toll der begehbare Kleiderschrank. Surren vom Klimagerät auch in der Nacht. COVID Bestimmungen wurden streng eingehalten. Die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter unterschiedlich. Der SPA sehr schön, der Pool eher kühl. Abendessen im Restaurant sehr gut. Tischreservierung mehr als empfohlen. Preise sind gehobener. Frühstück für den gehobenen Preis nicht angemessen. Auswahl zwar gut, aber Gebäck so lala, Pancake und Kartoffel Rösti kalt, Eierspeis lau, Säfte aus der Kanne schlecht. Dafür der Kakao sehr gut, frisch gepresster Orangensaft sehr gut. Garage kostet 10,-/Tag WLAN einwandfrei Nach dem 1. Aufenthalt haben wir gesagt gerne wieder ...

Wir fanden es etwas ärgerlich das man vor der Anreise nicht darauf hingewiesen wird das es nur ein relativ kleines Kontingent für die Strandnutzung gibt. Wir sind die Nutzung solcher Strände eigentlich generell nicht gewohnt und waren dann etws verwundert, dass man quasi um einen Sonnenschirm betteln muss (den man ja auch noch extra zahlen muss) wenn man ankommt. Generell muss man trotzdem man ja eigentlich nicht wenig bezahlt für alles betteln, da auch die Restaurants keine Reservierungen annehmen, jedoch sagt einem jeder, gehen Sie einfach hin, Sie bekommen schon einen Tisch. Siehe da, man bekommt einen Tisch wenn man pünktlich kommt. Mit Kind will man allerdings nicht von Lokal zu Lokal laufen und betteln ob man heute ein Abendessen bekommt. Generell ist das Service eigentlich in der gesamten Stadt nicht sehr gut.

Tolles Hotel in ruhiger, guter Lage, nur 5 Laufminuten vom Strand und max. 15 Minuten von Restaurants und Shopping entfernt. Sehr schöne Dachterrasse (Bar) mit klasse Rundumblick. Ideales Hotel für den Abschluss einer Alpe Adria Radtour (abschliessbarer Fahrradraum in der Tiefgarage).
