Worth the money

Hut Pointe was roomy, clean & comfortable. It is literally right next to the road, but we had very little road noise. My biggest compliment is the friendly & accommodating staff. My biggest complaint is that the kitchen is equipped with the barest minimum. We could not even find a can or bottle opener & had to go out & buy one. The location was a few miles outside of Governors Harbor (which we didn't mind, having a car available). Not much around it in the way of restaurants or stores (Pascale's is just a stones throw but thats it).

Ein Hotel zum Wohlfühlen und Entspannen

Ein toll eingerichtetes, super sauberes, großes Appartment mit heimeliger Atmosphäre zum Entspannen.Punktabzug gab es nur, weil nur vormittags jemand dort erreichbar ist. Wenn man dann aber eine Frage, einen Wunsch hat, wird freundlichst geholfen. Es hat Meerblick, liegt aber leider an der Strasse (wenig befahren) und ist ca. 7 km vom nöchsten größeren Ort entfernt. Der Garten ist wunderschön und sehr gepflegt! Insgesamt eine sehr gute Unterkunft.

Great self-catering option

We stayed at the Hut Pointe Inn for one night whilst visiting Governors Harbour. It was located very close to the Sky Beach Club which was our location for dinner and given that everything is very spaced out on Eleuthera and we didn't have access to a hire car, it was perfect. It would be ideal for a group of people or small family as it is very spacious, clean and two bedrooms with large living area but that wasn't really our personal situation. However, we would totally come back and/or recommend it with a hire car full of food and drink if we were staying for a few days!

Top Unterkunft

Ein sehr schönes Hotel. Gut ausgestattet und sauber. Anlage sehr gepflegt in ruhiger Lage, Mitte der Insel. Schon im Vorfeld einen sehr netten Kontakt mit den Eigentümern die immer bereit waren zu helfen. Zum entdecken der Insel ist ein Auto unentbehrlich. Strand in der Nähe mit einem Restaurant. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Immaculate and comfortable hotel

The hotel is in a good location, close to the airport and easy driving distance to small towns and beaches. The grounds are beautiful and the rooms are refreshingly clean.

Tolles Hotel in perfekter Lage!

Ein traumhaft schönes Hotel. In sehr guter Lage (Inselmitte). Auch der ca. 5 min. entfernte Strand ist einer der schönsten der Insel. Die ganze Hotelanlage ist sehr geschmackvoll. im speziellen die Zimmereinrichtung.

Nice, Clean Hotel, Far from Beach

Stayed one night. Was anticipating that it was on the deach but it was a hike to the beach. Also, there is no place to get food within easy walking distance. Other than that it was nice and very clean and comfortable.

Close to Governor's Harbor, for Work or business

Hut Point apartments are located in a beautiful old Bahamian building. Convenient between GHB and the town of Governor's Harbor (with shops and services), central on Eleuthera. The apartments are very clean, newly renovated, have a fairly decent equipped kitchen, good internet connection and ample parking. Not a major issue, but the building is close to the road. We did not use this, but beach access across the street at Sky Bahamas is granted when ordering drink/food (there are plenty other beaches, of course).

There was one problem..we had hot water for the 1st day and then none..apparently something happened to the solar heating and until we left 3 days later we had to take cold showers. Not too pleasant with early morning temperatures in the low 70's and evening temperatures about the same.

Super Value

Hut Point was a superior value for lodging in Governor's Harbour. The grounds were being worked on every day and after a few more weeks of recovery from a recent hurricane they will be filled with greenery and flowers again. Our staff contact was Kathy and she took care of anything we asked her for right away. She was also very helpful with entertainment and dining suggestions. The room (#6) was spacious and nicely appointed. Beds were comfortable and very clean. I would stay at Hut Point again. It is a very relaxing property and private.

ce n'est pas un hotel mais une location d'appartement, sans charme, loin de tout, en bordure de route et surtout loin de la plage, sans voiture on y va pas . Pas la moindre restauration proposée, ni même de café ou petit déjeuner le matin, bref aucun interet

Nice Place To Stay & Friendly Service

The owners Adelaide and Brendan go out of their way to make sure your requests and needs are met...simply email them or call them and tell them what you need, or call them for recommendations to places to visit and eat and they will get back to you right away...and they live on the property too..so they get back to you quick the same day. And Brendan even stopped by himself at our room to check to see how things were going.

Good central location in Eleuthera

Very nice and clean, the Hut Pointe has only seven rooms. It was super quiet,even with the occasional car going by. Eluethera is not a busy island. I liked the convenience of having our own kitchen, well equipped. Grocery store was a short drive to town. All the beaches and activities were close by. One of the nicest beaches was maybe 500 yards away, about a 10 minutes stroll. Very clean private and stunningly beautiful. Only two drawbacks; you must have a car in Eleuthera, and also, there were no restaurants nearby. However in town there were a number of good places to eat, but couldn't walk to them ; way too far. All in all though great value for money and very good place to stay.

エルーセラ島を満喫できる。

ガバナーズハーバー空港と町の中間で、とてもきれいな宿です。到着したその日にレンタカーの手配を手伝ってくださり、島を北から南まで満喫することができました。２泊しかできなかったんですが３泊はしたかったです。キッチンも使いやすくて快適でした。

Hut Pointe

Located right along side of Queen's Highway north of Governor's Harbor. Highway noise when the occasional vehicle passes by. Nearest restaurant is the Bistro at Sky Beach Resort. No views of beach, but nice garden view. Caretaker, Kathy Davis, was very nice and always asking if anything needed.
