"Very cozy and clean. Everything seemed new and well taken care of. The gas fireplace was a nice extra touch, we used it every morning while we had coffee & breakfast. Location is very convenient, close to downtown North Conway and many restaurants. Wifi was a bit sluggish, but we were not looking for a "workcation" so we didn’t mind. Great weekend getaway location for a couple!"

"We had quite a few things that we were not happy with. This ranged from needing some TLC to really a ‘deep’ clean. The plates in the cupboard were still wet from the dishwasher and at least 1 still had residue from a meal. The same was true of the knives in the Faberware block. "This was a perfect house in a perfect location! We had plenty of space to spread out - bedrooms across 3 different levels of the home, and a very cozy main level for hanging out together. We loved that this location is close to the best attractions in the White Mountains, but just off the beaten path making it easy to access and more relaxing. "I reserved a rolling bed in the room and it was not set up. Had to ask 3 times before it was finally set up in the room. It was supposed to be set up when we got to our room. There was also a Harvard medical conference when we were there and they took over the hotel. It was loud and made it uncomfortable for other hotel guest. No space to sit in the main lobby area. Conference should be held Away from main lobby area. There were posters everywhere and little space for other guests. Food was not worth what we paid. Otherwise the hotel grounds were beautiful. "
