« J'ai mis plusieurs mois à donner mon avis par manque de temps, mais le faire plus de 5 mois après montre à quel point j'ai aimé cet établissement ! L'accueil était incroyable ! Le meilleur que je n'ai jamais eu, même depuis. La chambre superbe, l'établissement en lui-même magnifique et très calme, très bien situé pour du shopping, personnel au petit soin, restaurant excellent, vraiment une superbe expérience ! Si je reviens à Nairobi, je reviendrai ici ! »

« Je suis resté bloqué plusieurs jours au "Stanley" suite à l'incendie de l'aéroport de Nairobi: Rien à redire! Personnel adorable(presque trop!), chambre nikel et confortable, pas de problèmes de bruit, petit déjeuner très complet, personnel flexible. Le soir, le bar accueille tous les businessmen de Nairobi et l'on peut faire des rencontres intéressantes. Honnêtement, très bon hotel! Les prix peuvent être élevés mais comparés les prix entre expedia et la réception(après négo) et vous finissez...

"Let me take a moment to share my experience at this hotel. Initially, I had booked from September 2 to September 11\. I extended my stay for two more nights so a total of 11 nights at the hotel. First of all, the condition of the hotel. This is a very reputable hotel — beautiful, very clean, and well-maintained. The rooms were spotless, and the facilities provided were excellent. The gym, the swimming pool, and the 7th floor with its view over the city were all wonderful. I must be honest: I had a truly pleasant experience here. From the chef, to the receptionists, the cooks, the porters, and the pool staff — I sincerely thank you all for the outstanding hospitality you provided. For me, it was easy to build a good relationship with the staff because I took the time to talk with them, learn about their stories, and ask for advice on activities or places to visit in the city.This curiosity and approach allowed me to form genuine connections throughout my stay. A small situation occurred where I had to pay extra charges due to a mistake made by the kitchen staff. However, when I spoke to the manager (who is very competent), she immediately acknowledged the error on behalf of the hotel, ensured I was taken care of, and made sure the matter was resolved fairly. It was not a major issue, but I could see the effort and sincerity in wanting to make things right.I truly appreciated how seriously she took the situation and how committed she was to ensuring I had the best experience"

"Hôtel très bien situé par rapport à l'aéroport surtout pour une longue escale. Le prix est cependant assez élevé sachant que le petit déjeuner n'est pas compris. La navette venant vous récupérer et vous déposer é l'aéroport est inclus. L'hôtel est à moins de 10 min de l'aéroport. Le personnel est super, le restaurant de l'hôtel est très bon et les prix varient de 15 à 30 euros par personnes avec possibilité de manger dans la chambre."

"J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est accueillant, professionnel et toujours disponible pour répondre aux besoins des clients. La chambre était propre, spacieuse et très confortable, avec une belle décoration moderne. Le petit déjeuner était varié et copieux, avec des produits frais. J’ai particulièrement apprécié le calme de l’endroit ainsi que la qualité du service. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour cette belle expérience. Je recommande vivement cet établissement et y reviendrai avec plaisir !"
