I absolutely love the location of the property for starters as it is close to the Downtown area, Durham, Cary, Greensboro, etc.The outside seating area with the swinging chair is absolutely adorable along with the pebble path leading to the back entrance. « This is a cute and comfortable place to stay for a couple with everything you could need. The location is, as described in the listing description, an up and coming area but we didnt feel unsafe. There was plenty of lighting outside and motion lights as well. It was close to everywhere we wanted to visit within driving distance. Our only disappointment and the reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the queen mattress is as hard as a floor. I feel like, as a place that someone essentially pays...
