    The Space

    Welcome to our luxurious Skyhome in Chevron Renaissance Tower 2 on level 42! It is full of "Glitz and Glam" and spectacular ocean and Gold Coast skyline views. Relax in real Gold Coast style while taking in the balcony vistas!

    The home has 3 bedrooms. Master bedroom has a king bed, an ensuite and a walk-in robe. It has its own private balcony with breathtaking views. The second bedroom has a queen bed with balcony access and ocean views. The third bedroom has 2 single beds and ocean views. They share a bathroom and a separate powder room. There are 2 single foldout beds available to sleep larger groups in comfort.
    The kitchen has everything you need to cook up a storm and laundry is complete with a washer and dryer.

    The guests will enjoy the apartment to themselves and have access to a secure, covered parking space and all the Chevron resort facilities including:

This was in a great location, close to beach, shops, transport andnwith its own carpark. The apartment was pefect, had everything we needed, was clean, and great view. Would stay here again, and recommend to anyone.

Positives - location is GREAT. Views in the morning are STUNNING. Having the Coles and other shops immediately downstairs was an absolute lifesaver. Easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants, local attractions. Carpark is perfect for those with their own transport. Three pools to choose from (although the unheated one in July was chilly!) meant the kids were happy. The arcade is great, just be careful if using coins lots of the machines were jammed or ripped the kids off. Gym looked well equipped. Be aware that while the photos show a bougee apartment it is very well used and it shows - hence the very competitive price tag. There is a serious amount of deferred maintenance happening here. We've sent the same feedback to the owners: The toaster is faulty, the front-right cooktop is faulty, the main bathroom with shower has no door lock, the bathroom sink was clogged, some bedroom lamps and power points faulty, the dryer door is breaking, the front door doesn't close and latch by itself, the master bed is a queen, but actually it's two single mattresses, super uncomfortable, aircon display is broken, so you are guessing, ensuite sliding door is broken, drawer in kitchen broken, instruction for getting into the apartment are super confusing. Key pickup is remote, factor this in. Curtains off tracks and some sheets had small tears in them. No instructions provided for rubbish disposal, there is chute on the small deck outside the lift lobby! Good value stay!

The view was breathtaking!

The apartment was beautiful (kitchen needs more than one tea towel) and the location is perfect, walking distance to the beach, restaurant and shops.

Convenience in Surfers

A great location in which to base our few days at Surfers Paradise. Checking in was a little bit difficult as a photo showing lockbox hadn't been sent, but this just took a phone call. The apartment was nicely spacious. It took a bit of juggling to only have two keys between four adults, but we did manage. The views of course were spectacular. The decor was nice, but a few things were getting slightly tired and needed upgrading (mirrors). We enjoyed our stay - thanks.
