Step into easy coastal living at this bright and stylish two-bedroom apartment, perfectly positioned just 50 metres from the beach. Enjoy the best of Miami with cafes, shops, and the bus route to all major theme parks right nearby, making it an ideal base for families or friends.  
  
The apartment features a light-filled living area with comfortable lounge seating and a TV, opening onto a private balcony where you can unwind and enjoy the sea breeze among the palm trees. It’s a calm, inviting space designed for relaxed days and cozy nights.  
  
The main bedroom offers a queen bed, while the second includes two single beds, both with ceiling fans to keep you cool. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need for home-style meals, and the dining space makes family dinners easy and relaxed.  
  
Guests can also take advantage of the complex’s swimming pool and BBQ area, perfect for sunny afternoons or casual evenings outdoors. A washing machine and dryer are provided for added convenience during your stay. No parties or mass gatherings are allowed in or at any of our properties.  
  
With the beach just across the road and theme parks a simple bus ride away, this apartment combines comfort, location, and value for a smooth Gold Coast escape.

#### All the bad stuff.

Was a seamless check in, not a lot off information about where to park or how to enter the property from staff at check in. Room is very clean but kitchen had a leaking tap, went to open windows in kitchen and the leaver to open window fell off. no dishwasher. In the bedroom the blinds has a missing panel, washing machine was dirty. I felt safe was extremely clean around the complex, pool was great, very easy to get to places.
