« The staff were absolutely fantastic - friendly, helpful & genuinely welcoming which made our stay enjoyable. The room was a lot bigger than we expected which was great! Only small things to note were that the ceiling light shades were a bit dusty and some minor mould build up in the top room ceiling which may need to be looked into. These didn’t take away from an otherwise positive experience. Thanks again for having us! »

« Nous avons déjà séjourné dans cette hôtel il y a 2 ans. C’était une formidable expérience de pénétrer dans l’univers Versace. Nous avons voulu renouveler l’expérience cette année. La magie de l’endroit est toujours présente et son emplacement toujours top mais malheureusement l’hôtel est vieillissant et mal entretenu dans tous les secteurs. « Le séjour de ma fille s est bien passé MAIS ils lui ont débité 200 aus dollars sur sa carte bancaire comme caution. Une semaine après l’argent n a pas été recredité. C est la première fois qu un hôtel me fait un débit effectif en caution. Aucune réponse de l’hôtel »

« The room was great, overlooking the pool, and very sunny. The deck was very large. The room itself did show signs of wear and tear though. The hot water tap was broken and it took about 4 days to get a plumber in to fix it. Otherwise very happy with the place »
