Located in the picturesque town of Essex, just 40 minutes north of Boston and close to New Hampshire, the Outer North Shore neighborhood provides an idyllic coastal escape along the Atlantic shores.  
  
One of the home's standout features is the expansive balcony, offering a panoramic ocean view that can also be enjoyed from the living room and the upstairs bedroom. Prepare to be mesmerized by spectacular sunsets!
