Beautiful clean and spacious condo right near long beach in Gloucester. The property management company is friendly and is very responsive. The room I had was newly renovated. It had 2 big smart tvs and a fully stocked kitchen. The keypad door lock is nice as well. I'd definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Gloucester. There's plenty of restaurants and even a shaws right up the road. I would stay again but would like to have a more stocked kitchen. There are no spices or cooking items. Having only one bathroom was kind of inconvenient, especially because the hot water did not last long enough for even one shower. Ceiling fans only go on one speed and the air conditioners in each room would not work consistently. Thankfully the weather is cooling down, but I couldn’t imagine trying to figure that out during the summer. The walls and ceilings are paper thin, so we could hear every single footstep and every conversation around us. The occupants in the unit next to us were outside in the parking lot laughing and having a grand ole time until past 11pm the first night. The second night, they were on their patio smoking and talking loudly. Not only could I hear their entire conversation, but the smell from their cigarettes filled our unit. I reached out to the property to make a complaint and they responded quickly stating they would reach out to them to remind them of the quiet hours and no smoking policy. Apparently they didn’t follow through because it was around midnight before they quieted down. If you cherish your sleep, pick a different property! We had called becuase after the first initial emails and forms we thought we were good to go. They didn’t receive my id and needed it to give me the code to the unit ( never emailed ahead to tell us about it)Once all was sorted we were told to check into our unit. We walked into a room that had not been cleaned In between guests. Beds had no sheets and the dirty ones left piled on the bed. Dirty towels in the corner of the bathroom and bed room. Dishes left to dry on the counter, and a full trash bin. And the tip envelop left for Sharron with her top inside ( and problems with the unit during thier own stay) For a 2 night stay it wasn’t feasible to switch us to a different room when we had less than 12 hrs left and had already spent one night of the 2\. A cleaner should have been sent so we didn’t have to spend our evening cleaning a hotel room. We didn’t get any refund. The suite was very clean and modern. Nothing was broken or damaged. Parking was awkward one time when I had to parallel park into my space, but I did it. The outer door was sticky to close and had to be slammed a bit. I had a problem with the A/C turning off after I adjusted the temperature but a text message reply suggested I turn the unit off for five minutes, then back on.
