Relax by the creek, swings, firepit & teepee (bring bedding). Cook outdoors on a propane stove and stargaze under dark skies. No kitchen, fridge (bring coolers)—just peace, nature & adventure. Dog-friendly. ATV access onsite. Perfect for unplugged family getaways.

The Space:
This serene walk‑out basement “glamping cottage” rests 3 miles up a wooded canyon off Hwy 89 near Glendale, UT. You’ll have full privacy on 10 wooded acres; the nearest cabin is over 100 yards away. The hosts of this property live on-site in the upstairs level of the cabin and will be available to greet their guests, show them around, and answer any questions. The glamping room sleeps up to 6 (4 adults and 2 small children) with a queen bed, two twins, and a fold‑out sofa, and guests may also use the 18‑foot teepee (holds 5–6 with your own bedding, (4 cots are provided). Cabin is equipped with 12V lighting, solar lighting, and built in propane gas lighting. Beds inside the cabin have provided linens and a quilt, but if using the teepee, guests will want to bring additional blankets/sleeping gear as it gets quite chilly, particularly in May, September, and October. There is a full bathroom as well (shower only), and towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap will be provided.

A porch propane cook stove is included—guests supply cookware and utensils, (dishwashing outdoors with pan and hoses). Lighting through stationary gas lanterns, 12 V electrical lights; a 400 W inverter allows phone charging, but there is no electricity, cell service, Wi‑Fi, kitchen appliances, laundry or refrigerator. A wood burning firepit is provided for roasting smores or hot dogs. Enjoy a breathtakingly beautiful, one-of-a-kind view of pink cliffs from the fire pit. Campfires only in designated fire pit. Enjoy dark skies and stargazing, wildlife, and ATV trails accessible from the property (ATV's must remain on disignated trails and roads while on the the property). Ideal for families, hunters & off‑grid adventurers exploring Zion (20 min), Bryce Canyon (30 min), the Coral Pink Sand Dunes (30 min) and all that color country has to offer.

This property can host large groups and is an ideal spot for Family Reunions and youth groups as there is plenty of tent space and room for activities. Groups of more than 10 people will need to rent a porta potty, at your own expense. Please reach out to us for local porta potty supplier recommendations.

Features: creek access (stream is shallow), children’s swings, teeter‑totter, cornhole, volleyball and badmitton net, RV dry‑camping available by teepee with an additional $50 RV fee. Views abound on this slice of heaven and the pink cliffs can be seen from the property. Unwind, disconnect, and enjoy one of Mother Nature's finest spots!

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire bottom level of the cabin which features 1 room with beds to sleep 6 (4 adults comfortably, 2 children on the sofa bed), and a full bathroom. The hosts live in the upstairs level of the cabin and will be on site for the duration of your stay to welcome you, show you around, and answer any questions.
