No coffee sachets on arrival however replenished after a phone call to advise. Kettle not working but again replaced. Room very tired and in need of a refresh but staff very helpful and polite. My huge room was Main Street facing. I couldn’t hear any traffic noise. The bed was the most comfortable and I wondered where I could get one for myself. The fair trade tea and coffee were nice. The reception staff member was lovely and helpful. Parking was very poor, and the room was extremely noisy. Not all curtains were present, which affected privacy. There were also belongings left behind from the previous occupants, and the bath was extremely dirty—we had to clean it ourselves, and the cloth turned brown. The plunge still contained half-made coffee from a previous guest. Additionally, the room window would not close due to something being stuck in it, which we had to fix ourselves.
