Fire up the provided gas grill to host a sweet summer barbecue, explore the property's trails, or head into town where you can grab a bite to eat, play some golf, or take peaceful walks around Sehmel Homestead Park. Additional attractions nearby include the Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium, Fort Nisqually Living History Museum, and Pantages Theater. Freshly remodeled and cozy, the interior of the cabin radiates warmth. The sunny living room is a place of pure peace with its comfortable seating, large TV, and marvelous outdoor views. The adjacent well-appointed kitchen gleams with its old-school fridge and ample meal prep space. When mealtime rolls around, dine at the lovely dining table, or eat alfresco on the deck. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. Max Occupancy is 2 adults 1 infant. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This cabin is not equipped with air-conditioning. The owner lives on the property in a separate cottage. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 1. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Check in was easy, when we texted the cabin’s operations manager about a lack of laundry detergent (which Vacasa/Vrbo had said would be provided) the cabin’s operations manager responded the next day and had some dropped off. It was super cute and peaceful the neighborhood is lovely and felt safe. The beach was just a little walk through the woods.
