I expect it to be popular based on the reviews. There are plenty of street parking spots in the area, but it might take a while to find one during busy times. "Excellent location for shopping and restaurants and very comfy bed all at a reasonable price. Wifi good. Note however that room air conditioner not working while outside air is "fresh" according to staff, but room was a bit warm so we had to open windows. The only problem with that is the noise all night from the street. Which probably explains why the hotel provides ear plugs next to the bed."
