The Apple Room

  • Your spacious suite with gas fireplace is in the family home, nestled in a sunny forest, setback quietly off an easy access main road in Beachcombers, Gibsons, B.C. Enjoy all the amenities of this oceanside town. Close to beach and local shops but set in the woods. Wheelchair accessible suite with a queen bed, exposed beam, bathroom has a wheel in shower and grab bars for piece of mind. Cable/Netflix/YouTube/WiFi, coffee maker and tea. There is a $20 fee for each friendly pet per night.

    The space:
    The suite is located in the home.
    Private safe parking, 2 ponds for viewing pond life and for families of deer that frequent the property. Enjoy a fresh brewed tea or coffee on the front deck overlooking one of the ponds. Chickens and honeybees working hard all day. Grab something from the garden, berries or an apple from one of the many trees to choose from. 5-minute walk to a school playground. Walking distance to a Brewhouse and Distillery. Enjoy golf or mountain biking. Jump off one of the docks into the beautiful ocean. The stars twinkle bright in the night sky.

    Owner will be available 24/7 and lives on the premise.

Extremely clean, very quiet and comfortable. Very nice touches such as complementary coffee, tea, apples and chocolate. Close to centre of town and amenities. Nice garden area and deck to relax in. Very comfy bed! Tea is a very friendly and attentive host who makes you feel at home and welcome. Thank you! Hope to stay with you again sometime.

Enjoyed the location, quiet and a deer came to greet us. The large room was very well appointed and had everything we needed. The spacious bathroom had soft thick towels and the bed very comfortable. Tea gave us a friendly informative greeting. Would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic location, room, amenities and host. The host, Tea, could not have been more gracious and welcoming. The facilities provided in our room was amazing, even down to hairspray thoughtfully provided. We would absolutely return again if our path takes us to Gibsons.

Great get-away

We were met by our host who provided everything we needed to know. The room and setting were great. The deck was a perfect place for relaxing and enjoying the sounds of the surprising rural setting.

Like being on a mini farm

We had an absolutely lovely stay at Tea’s place. The dog loved the huge front yard space (she didn’t want to come in) and we spent most of our evening relaxing at a picnic table next to the pond. Would definitely stay here again!
