« After arriving at the location, had to call and wait 10 min. for a person to come and open it. The advertised 24/7 front desk is by phone only. The pictures advertised are from another location. They don't have a restaurant, only a location for special events. No A/C on the first floor room. Not any kind of hangers for towels or support for toilet paper. No toiletries except 2 small round soaps. No slippers available. For the price it is a total rip off. »
