"The friendly, helpful staff were wonderful! The spacious room was great for our family of five. Despite the pool water being really cold (very beginning of season) the kids enjoyed it both evenings we were there!"

"This was probably my least favorite hotel of the trip. The property felt somewhat shady, and while I don't think it was actually in a bad area, it certainly gave that impression. The elevator frequently got stuck on the top floor, making it frustrating to use. The smell of marijuana was noticeable throughout the building, and the room itself smelled like cigarettes despite being a non-smoking room. The one bright spot was the bed—it was easily the softest and most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept on. Unfortunately, that wasn't enough to outweigh the other issues."

"Not the best Red Roof Plus to stay at. 1. You HAVE TO REQUEST your room to be cleaned. It's not automatic. Not a big deal but they don't tell you this when you check in. 2. When I approached my room, there was eaten chicken and bones outside my door. 3. The bathtub is missing lining. 4. The bathroom lights flicker and after asking them to be replaced, they were not. 5. The room smelled like animal...or something weird. This is a 1-2 star motel and I should have expected as much. But needs a little TLC to be worth the price."

"Ms. Geri and Ms. Torrey treat you like family. Attend to your every need, and make sure you have the most restful stay possible. We stay here 3 times a year visiting our soldier-son who is stationed locally to the Belvoir area. Clean comfortable rooms. Easy parking. Buffet breakfast includes with stay. Close to Mt Vernon, Washington’s distillery, Alexandria waterfront and DC itself. Definitely recommend everyone stay here."

"The cottage is small but well-equipped and comfortable. Lots of thoughtful planning went into equipping this space, from extra electronics cords to scissors and tape to Band-Aids; they've got all the bases covered. Communication with Jerry was quick and easy as well as friendly and efficient. Perfect for a single person and good for two if you're comfortable with very close quarters. It was for us."
