« The hotel's website said there was "self parking" available. What this means is that you pay $30 per night at a lot across the street from the hotel. The infuriated me. In addition, there was NOTHING in the room about guest services, checkout time, room service, menu for the on-site restaurant, not a shred of information about restaurants or other places to visit nearby. That is useful information to me. It almost felt like the hotel was run by robots. »

« The room had a smell of mildew coming from the bathroom. There was a nice size whole in the wall, and the shower curtain was not clean. The sink in the bathroom was chip in several places. That room need to be remodel and there is water from the ice machine on the floor which can cause a bad accident. The pool is not open, and it look a mess in the back where the pool is. The towels in the room some was not clean. The staff was polite »
