Le personnel est très accueillant et à l’écoute . L’hôtel a été rénové avec beaucoup de goût . Les chambres sont très confortables et d’une propreté irréprochable. Le petit déjeuner est moyen mais notre dernier jour le staff nous a annoncé qu’il change de formule . Nous avons fait des propositions et des recommandations. L’hôtel est situé au centre de george Town , proche des transports et des centres d’l’intérêt. Merci à toute l'équipe pour sa gentillesse. Unfortunately it is a quite loud neighborhood and the windows & walls just let any noise come through. Therefore you’ll hear the bar music & people until 2 am. Ok for one night or two but not relaxing at all. Room was clean & well decorated. The bathroom lacked some shelves and moreover there was no bathroom door - only a curtain. Service was OK but WiFi was extremely bad.
