The room was disgusting in no uncertain terms - cockroaches, bedbugs, and a mattress that matched the decor, literally looked like it’s from the 1970s. Now they did switch us two floors up into a much better room, but not before we endured a night of misery in what appeared to be a horror movie. Staff are helpful. The washroom is a huge problem. No shower curtain or door. So the floor becomes wet and very inconvenient. No housekeeping the whole 4 days stay. So continuously living in filthy conditions. Had to take out our own garbage. Also because no housekeeping and no phone in room, had to keep going to the reception to ask for simple things like toilet papers and fresh towels. No fridge, had to use fridge at the reception. Won’t really recommend unless you are on real tight budget. Check-in was smooth and efficent and staff there was very helpful, especially the lady working at counter who later we found out is the female boss was very helpful with directions and suggestions. The housekeeping was done very well, even though he or she forgot to provide us with free bottled water after we check-in to our room and forgot to change our towel after staying 1 night.
