The areas of the rooms are normal but when you choose for four people the area is huge and has a beautiful view of the mountains.

the hotel itself is great, the shuttle doesn't run all the time, you can take bus or tram , we ended up taking Uber for less stress... staff is very very nice

This hotel is simply nice ,clean and practical. I wasn’t sure what i was going to get for the price but i was pleasantly surprised . The staff went above and beyond both the night we arrived and the morning we left.

Overall good
Clean and new hotel with a strategic location, not the best facilities for a business trip. Second time I stay here and things are improving, though some efforts still to be done as it is normal for a new hotel: 1) it would be great to have some hooks in the bathroom to hang towels; 2) the iron machine is still a big problem: the cash deposit is no more required (just the ID...) but the machine comes without the board. Asking about it, I was told to use the bed instead (initially I thought it was a joke, but it was not )

Nice and affordable hotel in expensive Geneva
The hotel is very new and close to the airport. The transit to city centre is very easy and lots of trams going back and forth. Free Geneva Transit pass to use local buses, trams, trains and even shuttle boats. The hotel has a limited supply of airport shuttles. We did not use it when we arrived but we were able to use the shuttle to return to the airport. Limited times. Need to look at the timetable at reception.

The property was very clean and modern. The staff were friendly and helpful. I was grateful for the easy ability to find the airport shuttle and arrive safely. The only drawback is the lack of dining options within walking distance. But there is a brand new facility next door that looks like it will have plenty of options soon.

This is a brand new property. I'd give B&B 4 1/2 stars. No in-room phones (maybe because everyone has cell phones). My room, "upgraded" was small but nice. TV settings don't allow volume above a 3 - OK for me, but ANY hearing difficulties would make hearing it impossible. The room had a safe, suitcase stand, a Nespresso machine w/2 pods, and a little desk/table. Headboard had a small shelf on each side of the bed with USB and Type C port on one side, and USB on the other, nice bendable reading lights on each side. Small but efficient bathroom with Italian style shower. The only thing I didn't love was that the room lighting was from a switch by the entry door which turned on a light bar at top of headboard, a ring light around the full length mirror, and two or more bright ceiling lights in the "hall" area. At the airport, a man at taxi stand said that B&B's next shuttle would be in about an hour. He suggested I take a cab, and I was tired. Cab very luxe. Trip to B&B was less than 15 minutes, but the minimum cost was 25 SFr - - NOT stated until I arrived at the B&B. I booked thru Expedia (my error) - they didn't give any info about B&B after the reservation was made. B&B should send the Shuttle schedule and maye explain that the Shuttles are found AFTER the taxi line. To get Hotel's Info you scan a QR code on the headboard. Taxi lets you off on floor -1, reception is on Floor 0. Resto not yet fully operating. Limited bar menu. Nice staff!

Brand new property with fresh interiors. Rooms are massive and modern. But being brand new they have some kinks to work out. They were unable to take a card swipe upon check in. Asked to check back later. When we did we were told they had take down my credit card number in a notebook and I would charged when the system is fixed. Needed an iron and was going to have to put down a deposit to use it. (They waived it thankfully). And the ground transportation to the Airport is a public bus you fetch across the street at no cost to yourself. Request prior to arrival for an airport from the hotel went unanswered.

Front desk catered to us the whole time. Very nice. The property has issues with the showers not draining properly on the all tile bathroom floors. Once they fix this issue there is nothing to complain about.

No airport shuttle service
The hotel was nice, front desk people very helpful and the tourism voucher for public transportation was a pleasant surprise and a great idea by the tourism bureau. The hotel said the had shuttle service to and from the airport but neglected to say the times. Only until 8:30 am that didn’t work well for us. The free shuttle to airport was one reason why I booked the hotel. Give the times on your website.

Their shuttle service shut down before our flight landed at about 6pm local time. 20€ for a 5 minute cab ride. The free breakfast wasn’t available when we checked out. This was understandable, given our 5:30am checkout. The desk clerk was nice and got cups of coffee for us.

This is a cute hotel. Unfortunately, our room was devoid of any furnishings other than 3 beds and a small desk. No tables or chairs. No lamps or anyplace to put a suitcase to unpack. No place to put your things should you want to unpack. There was a coat rack. The shower is open so water goes everywhere and sadly our bathroom flooded once one person took a shower. Don’t leave anything of value in there either. The breakfast buffet was very nice and the staff very friendly.
