Chris was extremely helpful and forgiving when I accidentally locked the house and my car keys inside early one morning and travelled across town to open it up again for me. Outstanding service! Shower hard to regulate, no proper oven, neighbours in other unit a bit noisy, carpet very worn and stained, cheap cutlery, no decent sized fridge, gutter in need of repair as water draining onto front timber steps making them slippery, smallish hole in front yard that I stepped in. The place was clean and cosy, with a nice range of breakfast items supplied. Great location on a residential street with groceries nearby. The shower system was old and needed the hot water tap turned further to remain hot, but had plenty of hot water. Just note that the unit next door is connected to the house, and conversations and footsteps can be heard. Overall a nice place to stay for a weekend or extended stay. ##### Matthew L.
