The beds are comfortable, although keep in mind that one is indeed a double not a queen. The furniture is not terribly comfortable. For the two of us, there was ample space and amenities on the first floor to get us satisfied. The kitchen had the basics we needed, and there was plenty of space to relax in the adjoining rooms. The neighboring homes are well setback. We didn't hear disturbances at night. The home did have a couple of quirks that took some getting used to. The first is that most of the rooms on the downstairs floor have a step or two between them, including between the bedroom and the adjoining bathroom. This took some getting used to at night. Second, was the locking keypad on the side door into the family room. It was very problematic to get the unlock code to work. Our best attempt took three tries to get it right. Home has everything you need and is clean. We had some trouble with ants in the kitchen and didn't hear back from the property manager on any sort of resolution. It happens, but made it difficult to use the kitchen well. It was a nice home though and we enjoyed our stay. ##### Emily R.
