« The breakfast was included in our booking, I thought it would just be a continental one but we could chose anything from the menu. We were actually the only people staying on a cold night in winter but the staff made an effort to make us welcome. I had smoked salmon and scrambled eggs, the chef made the best scrambled eggs I've ever had with chopped chives that really elevated the dish. Bar and meal on the night we arrived were also excellent. Room comfortable and warm, shower hot and with good...

« Bon accueil. La chambre au rdc est au calme et propre ainsi que la salle de douche. Le plafond est bas, mais on ne se sent pas opprimé. Nous avons dîné au pub, très beau décors. Nous y avons bien mangé (éviter la purée). English breakfast excellent et copieux, à essayer au moins une fois. Le personnel ne parle pas français, mais très disponible cependant. »

« Nous avons passé un week end à Oborne, en famille (4 enfants entre 4-14 ans). La campagne anglaise est magifique à cet endroit, l'hotel est un ancien manoir anglais avec un très joli jardin. Très bon acceuil. Seul regret nous avions 2 chambres avec douches (probablement handicapés) donc sans baignoires »

« Hôtel tres bien situé à 2 pas de l'abbaye mais des choses a revoir. Les fenêtres tres anciennes et l'ancienneté du bâtiment dont que l'isolation y est a parfaire... beaucoup même... très lourd dans la chambre malgré le fait qu'il ne faisait pas plus de 22° dehors. On ne peux pas ouvrir beaucoup les fenêtres. Le ventilateur est bruyant. On enrends aussi pas mal les bruits dans le couloir et les chanbres proches Le bar du bas est aussi très animé le soir il faut en tenir compte »
