Loved our stay here. Highly recommend. Breakfast was busy in the morning but had nice seating and food options. Great location in Gävle and very convenient for walking.

Went to Elite Grand Hotel in Gävle and stayed there for a few days and would love to go back. The staff were all be dry attentive and accommodating. The breakfast buffet every morning is to die for and I definitely recommend checking out the wellness spa. It is the perfect hotel to go to when you want to relax and enjoy the area.

I enjoyed this hotel and my stay in Gävle very much. A beautiful, grand old hotel that has been restored with modern conveniences added! Very convenient to the trains and busses and an easy walk to shopping areas and the historic parts of the city. I plan to be in Gävle again next year and look forward to another stay here.

It's beautiful. I love historic hotels. The radiator in my room didn't work well so it was cold. The breakfast gets full quickly and there isn't enough seating, but I would stay again.

Hotelli oli keskeisellä paikalla, joten oli helppo lähteä illalla kaupungille ravintolaan. Hotelli oli myös hyvin äänieristetty, mitään ääniä ei kuulunut käytävältä eikä ulkona huoneeseen. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Huone oli mukava ja hyvän kokoinen kahdelle. Suihkun jälkeen vesi jäi lattialle ja piti hieman jalalla auttaa viemäriä kohti kun ei ollut lastaa millä kuivata.

Rent och snyggt! Ett hotell med hög klass enligt mig! Låg super bra till och god frukost. Ända negativa var att Elite har för få parkeringar, och hade tagit slut även fast vi nämnde att vi hade bilar. Finns ett bra parkeringsgarage nära, men lite bökigt.

Att önska välkommen vid incheckning, vara tillmötesgående och informera om frukost känns som en självklarhet, men tyvärr delade inte personalen vår uppfattning om detta. I baren på kvällen kommer personalen ut och tar min drink och informerar att nu stänger vi. Kunde ha gjorts smidigare och mer proffsigt. Men någon som var proffsig och har förstått det här med service, och hur viktigt det är med bemötande av gästerna var Petra, som tog hand om utcheckning. Trevlig, proffsig och glad.
